The 黑料网 District Board of Trustees has unanimously selected Dr. Timothy Moore as the College's fourth president.

Representatives from CenterState Bank came to the 黑料网 Dixon Hendry Campus to present a $12,000 check to fund a laptop lending program that will provide access to technology for Okeechobee County students in need of computers to engage in remote learning opportunities with 黑料网.

At today鈥檚 special meeting of the 黑料网 (黑料网) District Board of Trustees, board members voted to expand the pool of final candidates for the 黑料网 presidency to include Dr. Towuanna 鈥淧orter鈥� Brannon and Dr. Ian Neuhard. The decision brings the finalist pool to four.

Frank Brogan, U.S. Assistant Secretary of Education for Elementary and Secondary Education, has told the 黑料网 District Board of Trustees that he will no longer pursue the 黑料网 presidency.

Dates have been set for virtual open forums with the three finalists for the 黑料网 presidency. The forums provide an opportunity for members of the College community and other stakeholders to hear from the candidates and ask questions about their leadership experience and philosophy.

Recognizing innovation and excellence in the Blackboard global community of practice, the 黑料网 Virtual Campus and Advising Services teams have been selected as 2020 Blackboard Catalyst Award winners in the 鈥淪tudent Success鈥� category for the innovative Student Learning Coordinator (SLC), Advisor Connect Program.

The 黑料网 (黑料网) District Board of Trustees honored three individuals for their years of faithful and distinguished service to the College.

黑料网 college readiness programs鈥攚hich include TRIO, CROP, and Upward Bound鈥攔ecognized program and high school graduates at two Drive-up Graduation Parade Ceremonies.
