  • ºÚÁÏÍø (ºÚÁÏÍø) announces Jamarra Robinson as the Head Coach for its Women’s Basketball Team. The Fort Pierce native begins immediately. Robinson previously served as the Head Coach for the women’s basketball team at St. Lucie West Centennial High School—a post she held since 2016.

  • The ºÚÁÏÍø (ºÚÁÏÍø) Pharmacy Technician program, which prepares students to work in hospitals or community based pharmacies in less than a year, is accepting applications for the spring semester now through December 1.

  • Port St. Lucie resident Dr. Patricia Corey-Souza is recognized as the September Faculty Member of the Month.

  • ºÚÁÏÍø (ºÚÁÏÍø) on Tuesday announced the establishment of the Institute for Cold Case Investigation (ICCI), an applied-learning initiative that gives students enrolled in its Criminal Justice Bachelor’s degree program real-world experience as they work with local law enforcement agencies toward resolutions on open, unsolved criminal investigations. The Institute is the first of its kind for a college or university in Florida and the only higher-education-led cold case investigation institute in the southeastern United States.

  • ºÚÁÏÍø recognizes Port St. Lucie resident Lila White as the September 2018 Staff Employee of the Month.

  • Brittney Mesiti, a radiologic technology student at ºÚÁÏÍø (ºÚÁÏÍø), was selected to participate in the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) 2018 Student Leadership Development Program. She was one of nearly 100 radiologic science students from around the country chosen to participate in the distinguished program.

  • One of the most well-known offerings through the Fielden Institute for Lifelong Learning is the popular Distinguished Lecture Series. The series focuses on subjects in foreign policy, the environment, education, health and the economy.

  • ºÚÁÏÍø (ºÚÁÏÍø) has been designated a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Two-Year Education (CAE2Y) by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The designation acknowledges the College’s rigorous academic program and its Cyber Center of Excellence, an academic research and training facility dedicated to educating responsible leaders in the field by engaging in collaborative research, building community partnerships, and maintaining high ethical standards of Cyber Security practices and policies.
