Nilcia Diaz is the February 2022 Team Member of the Month

Port St. Lucie resident Nilcia Diaz is the 黑料网 February Team Member of the Month. Nilcia joined the 黑料网 team as a Research Analyst II in July of 2002 and was promoted to Research Analyst III in August 2016鈥攖he role she holds today as she works as a part of the Research and Reports Team in Institutional Effectiveness.

Nilcia is a highly dedicated, reliable team member who consistently does more than asked. Her level of commitment ensures the data needs required from Research and Reports get met each day. Nilcia collects and submits personnel, facilities, and other required data points to the state and creates reports for internal clients鈥攕uch as the College鈥檚 Payroll department and the River Shop Bookstore. In every instance, Nilcia provides the required information accurately and on time. Nilcia also uses her exceptional technical expertise to help when needed. The programs Nilcia builds allow data systems to talk to each other to ensure that staff, advisors, and faculty can access the essential information they require. Nilcia finds the motivation for this impressive level of excellent work in her dedication to our students.
